Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by developing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Duties:
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Set objectives, establish schedules, and create policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to coordinate and execute successful sales promotions and events
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business
- Manage and coordinate the Pre-Owned vehicle inventory and pricing strategies in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager or equivalent role in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and profitability targets
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with inventory management and pricing strategies
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
