Education, Skills and Ability:

  • Automotive retail sales management, F&I, or outside sales experience required
  • A proven and successful track record in automotive retail
  • Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter/ lots of ambition & drive
  • Basic computer skills
  • Desire for self-management and huge income
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Daily prospecting and sales activity

Preference will be given to those with the following experience:

* Automotive industry experience

* Proven ability to prospect and develop accounts

* Strong Dealer Relationships
