Company History

Fisker Automotive is a privately owned, premium American car company creating environmentally conscious vehicles with passion, style and performance. The Fisker name has been recognized for decades of first-class automotive design, and renowned for developing uncompromised advanced technology transportation.

Fisker Automotive was established in September 2007 when Fisker Coachbuild -- an automotive design house founded by prominent auto designer Henrik Fisker (Aston Martin DB9, V8 Vantage; BMW Z8; Artega GT) and veteran auto industry executive Bernhard Koehler -- partnered with Quantum Technologies (QTWW), a major Tier 1 supplier of clean vehicle technologies. Global headquarters are in Irvine, California.
