Company History
Randy Baxter, founder and CEO of I-Sales Solutions, worked for a major manufacturer as a National Sales and Product Trainer. Working in that environment gave Randy the opportunity to view first hand training techniques that were both effective and ineffective.
The I-Sales Solutions Process is a combination of effective techniques and a network of National Top Producers tips and insights.
Randy's vision for I-Sales Solutions was to create an effective training process while minimizing dealer and company frustrations.
