1968 Founded Harold Nye Ford, Inc. by Harold J. Nye (Franchise included Ford, Lincoln and Mercury)
1990 Toyota was added to the company.
1997 Harold Nye lost his battle with cancer and William Nye, Harold's eldest son became acting President.
1998 William Nye became sole owner President of the Nye Automotive Group.
2004 Expanded repertoire to include Buick-GMC.
2015 Volkswagon was added to the Group
