Preston Hood Chevrolet has proudly served Northwest Florida for decades, providing trusted Chevrolet sales and service across Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Crestview, Destin, Navarre, Panama City Beach, and Pensacola.
Our story began in the 1920s when Arthur E. Hood founded the dealership in Amite, Louisiana during the Great Depression. Built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and customer-first service, the business grew and expanded to Fort Walton Beach in 1962. Under the leadership of A. Preston Hood, the dealership continued to thrive, overcoming challenges while staying deeply committed to its employees, customers, and community.
In recognition of his lasting impact on the automotive industry and the communities he served, A. Preston Hood was recently inducted posthumously into the Florida Automobile Dealers Hall of Fame.
