Company History
Originally founded as Pat Ryan & Associates in 1964, Resource Automotive has grown from a single product company to the leading provider of service contracts, GAP, CPO programs, training, consulting and PPM programs to single point dealers, consolidators, publicly-owned dealer groups and manufacturers.
Mileposts in our rich history include the purchase of First Extended Service Corporation, agreements with almost all of the major manufacturers, and our separation from our parent company, Aon Corporation, in 2006 to become a standalone entity.
