United Development Systems, Inc. (UDS) is an F&I Performance company based in Clearwater, Florida. For nearly 35 years, UDS has been partnering with franchised automobile dealers with a focus on maximizing their F&I Operations and overall wealth while maintaining the highest level of ethics, compliance, and customer satisfaction. These relationships between UDS and its Dealer Partners are guided by a program we call, "Performance Engineering®".
Company History
UDS was launched on a vision of dedicated training and development designed to ignite F&I operations of the franchised automobile dealer. Its founder, Randy Crisorio, saw great value in a truly consultative approach through the use of recruitment, training, monitoring, and development. Keeping our 'eye on the ball' is our job…and we take it very seriously. Dealership growth and staff success are the every day focus items that have keyed our success since 1982.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
Dealers' Choice Award recipient as the top-rated F&I Training and Development company for 11 consecutive years (2005-2015). Also among the top-rated F&I Compliance providers, a new category in the 2015 Dealers' Choice Awards. The Dealers' Choice Awards is an annual survey of 3rd party automotive providers administered by Auto Dealer Today magazine, formerly Auto Dealer Monthly.
